Preorder Policy

Preorder:

• Reserve your product before it’s officially restocked. Your order will be prioritized once available.

Payment:

• Full payment is required at the time of preorder.
• Payments are immediately processed at the time of preorder.

Cancellations & Refunds:

• You can cancel your preorder for a full refund anytime before your product is shipped out.
• If you decide to cancel and the product sells out, you will lose your spot in line.

Shipping:

• Preordered items ship as soon as they become available.
• Once your product is shipped, it will take around 2-5 days to arrive.

Limited Stock:

• Preorders are on a first-come, first served basis and depend on availability.
• In the rare cases of overselling, we'll issue a full refund.
